Lucy Jean, PhD

Lucy Jean, Ph.D received a BS degree in Pharmacy from College of Medicine, National Taiwan University in Taiwan and her Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. She served as a post doctoral fellow and a research pharmacologist at National Institute of Neurological Diseases and Stroke, National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. She then joined the FDA and served over 20 years initially as Reviewing Pharmacologist and then as Team Leader in various therapeutic areas.  She has worked for the past 7 years as a consultant on regulatory pharmacology and toxicology issues and has been involved with pre-clinical strategy for many development programs assisting with numerous regulatory submissions and meetings at FDA.
